I used to think that one of the good things about the internet was that I could take my time to come up with things to say so I could sound witty and smart.  But I hate that sometimes.  I end up spending too much time thinking about what to say that after saying it, I feel kind of gross.  A moment of silence online can feel horrible while a moment of silence when sitting in person with a friend...
