Here’s what I got at TCAF yesterday:
- Team Society League Book 3
I wondered if they noticed I visited their table like, 3 or 4 times ‘cause I wanted the George buttins. There was a mishap and they ended up not having any to sell. Sadtimes. - Cat Hands and Funny Book #2 by Nathan Bulmer
I read Cat Hands and loved it. Eat More Bikes is hands down, one of my favourite comics. - Cool Story Bro Vol. 1 and 2 by Laura Kovalcin
Read both of them already. Enjoyed Vol 2 especially. - Onion Rings button from Tasha Harris
I already had both of Tasha’s mini comics from last year so I had to grab this - Skimpy Jim and three buttons from Joe List
I didn’t know him before this and saw “co.uk” on the back of the comic. So I was preparing myself for an accent but when he asked me a question, I froze for a moment ‘cause I had to translate it in my head or something. Friendly guy. Made a second visit to the table to get some buttons. - Diary Comics 2 and 3 from Dustin Harbin
Tried to decide which one to get. Easy decision: both, dummy. - Boredom Pays by Jason Bradshaw
I only started reading Boredom Pays on tumblr a while ago. He’s always honest and I love that. - King-Cat #68 by John Porcellino
John started King Cat in 1989. That blows my mind. - Make Yourself Happy by Lucy Knisley
One of the first people I knew about when I started reading comics. I didn’t get anything from her last year out of my own stupidity so it’s nice to finally have something of hers. She drew me a cat!
